The FHA VOE program is a loan proram few other lenders offer. This Streamlined Loan Only Requires Minimal Paperwork and A VOE through Our Credit provider.
Pathway to Purchase
The Pathway to Purchase Loan is a Loan Program Offered by the Thule Tribe and is very simalar to a Lease to Own program. Its a great option for under documented Borrowers.
Conventional Loans
Conventional Loans are traditionally for well qualified borrowers who have 5% or more to put down on their loan. They generally offer more flexibility and may avoid MI.
Government Loans
These Loans are Federally backed and characteristically allow for lower credit scores, lower down payments and in some cases a higher DTI allowance for weell qualified borrowers up to 55%.
Investment Loans
Typically DSCR style loans they allow Rental or Lease Income to be considered as the income that funds the loan via a Ratio typically 1:1 or better. These loans are common in short and long term rental properties.
Other Programs
We offer a wide variety of other programs such as Down Payment Assistance DPA programs and other programs for borrowers that don't necessarily fit into a conforming loan.
